      RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      ONLINE PURCHASES:

      We allow for exchanges and store credit. We do not provide refunds.

      We go to great lengths to provide detailed information and photographs on the listings. Plus, there is ample opportunity to make inquiries about a product before purchasing it. If you would like to exchange the piece for something else, the return shipping is paid for by the customer. If the piece is damaged, the return shipping is paid for by the seller.

      If something is defective in the piece, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and it must be put back in the mail to us within 7days.


      We will not offer refunds due to lost shipments by the mail carrier. If you'd like to purchase insurance, then please choose your shipping option at check out.

      If your item is defective, please email us immediately with photos of the damage. We can then figure out a solution.

       

      IN PERSON PURCHASES

      We allow for exchanges and store credit. We do not provide refunds.

      If something is defective in the piece, contact us within 3 days of purchase, and must be returned within 7 days.

      We will not offer refunds due to a change in mind.

      If your item is defective, please email us immediately with photos of the damage. If it is is repairable we will repair it, if it is beyond repair we will replace it with the exact same item.

      Purchaser must return the item to us, either at our studio in Northern Liberties, or at one of our upcoming craft shows. The purchaser must return the item back to us within 7 calendar days.

      If the purchaser prefers to return the item/s via mail, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once we have the item back, we will mail you the repair or the replacement. The cost of the return shipping, we (the seller) will cover.
