      I go to great lengths to provide detailed information and photographs on the listings. Plus, there is ample opportunity to make inquiries about a product before purchasing it. If you would like to exchange the piece for something else, the return shipping is paid for by the customer. If the piece is damaged, the return shipping is paid for by the seller.

       If something is defective in the piece, contact me within 3 days of delivery, and it must be put back in the mail to me within 7days.

      I will not offer refunds due to lost shipments by the mail carrier. If you'd like to purchase insurance, then please choose your shipping option at check out.

      If your item is defective, please email me immediately with photos of the damage. We can then figure out a solution.
