      2021 UPDATE:

      We've received an update from USPS regarding the most frequently asked question by phone or email currently: "My tracking just shows electronic information submitted by user".

      The tracking does not update until USPS physically scans your individual parcel at one of their processing facilities.  Once we mail it, we have no control over them scanning it, and we have noticed they have not been scanning the packages to update the online tracking.

      Rest assured if you have tracking, your package is with USPS and just waiting to get on its way.

      These delays are expected to continue throughout the year.

      Thanks for your patience regarding this, we really want you to have these purchases as soon as possible and are truly sorry for any inconvenience and delay.

       

      FREE USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $35 OR HIGHER.

      To keep the shipping cost down for you we are shipping at the minimal cost which is USPS First Class Mail. This includes tracking but no insurance. If you would like insurance you can select either Priority Mail at checkout and it is insured, traceable and guaranteed 2-3 day delivery or First Class Mail and add insurance.

      Once your payment is received, we will try our best to ship your pieces within 2-5 days. If you need a rush on anything, just send me a message we will do our best to make accommodations.

      During the peak busy season or holiday season and we are away selling at craft shows, it can take up to 7 days to mail the order. Please contact us if any purchases are time sensitive. We are working very hard to have orders go out as soon as possible

      Once we mail the package, it is updated with a tracking number. Once the package is in the mail carriers hands, it is out of our hands. We have no control over lost packages, stolen packages or packages being delivered on time. If you are concerned, we recommend you purchase insurance. We do not replace items from lost or stolen packages. If you would like your package covered, we recommend you purchase insurance.
