RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ONLINE ORDERS:
We allow for exchanges, repairs and store credit. We do not provide refunds.
We go to great lengths to provide detailed information and photographs on the listings. Plus, there is ample opportunity to make inquiries about a product before purchasing it. If you have changed your mind and would like to exchange the piece for something else, the return shipping is paid for by the customer. If the piece is damaged, and you would like a repair or replacement, the return shipping is paid for by the seller.
Once we receive the item to be repaired/exchanged we will contact you within 3 days and we will have the repair/replacement out to you within 7 days.
We will not offer refunds due to lost shipments by the mail carrier. If you'd like to purchase insurance, then please choose your shipping option at check out.
If your item is defective, damaged or you have changed your mind and you would like an exchange or store credit please fill out our form below and email it to us within 3 days of delivery.
These are our policies, and the world isn't black and white, exceptions can be made. Please let us know your concerns and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that will make you happiest. IN PERSON PURCHASES
We allow for exchanges and store credit. We do not provide refunds.
If something is defective in the piece, contact us within 3 days of purchase, and must be returned within 7 days.
We will not offer refunds due to a change in mind.
If your item is defective, please email us immediately with photos of the damage. If it is repairable we will repair it, if it is beyond repair we will replace it with the exact same item.
Purchaser must return the item to us, either at our studio in Northern Liberties, or at one of our upcoming craft shows. The purchaser must return the item back to us within 7 calendar days.
If the purchaser prefers to return the item/s via mail, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the shipping back to us. Once we have the item back, we will mail you the repair or the replacement. The cost of shipping the replacement/repair back to the purchaser, will be covered by us, the seller.
If the purchaser chooses the mailing option, once we receive the item to be repaired/exchanged we will contact you within 3 days and we will have the repair/replacement out to you within 7 days.
